Who runs this site, and who pays

Edmonton Heavy Duty is run by Derek Kress (Alberta). Local shops pay us a monthly fee to receive the calls from this site. One shop receives this site's calls at a time. We don't rank, rate or recommend shops.

The shop quotes, books and does the work, and you pay the shop directly. Calling costs you nothing beyond your normal phone charges.

What happens when you call

First you'll hear a short message saying the call is recorded and transcribed so the shop has your job details, and where to find privacy details. Then your call is put through. Your call goes to an independent heavy duty truck repair shop in Edmonton.

If nobody can pick up, for example because no shop is taking calls from this site yet or the shop misses your call, you're asked to leave a message. Your message is transcribed and passed on to us, and to the shop if one is taking calls from this site. If none is yet, we pass your message to a local shop that can help.
